We are hosting a series of Twelve Step-style recovery meetings throughout the conference weekend. We are looking for volunteers to chair Early Bird and Night Cap meetings — dedicated recovery spaces that run alongside the main conference programming and are separate from the featured conference speakers. Meetings may be led through an opening share, selected Twelve Step literature, guided discussion, and/or open sharing.

Chair a Meeting

These are optional Early Bird (7:00 AM) and Night Cap (11:00 PM) Twelve Step-style recovery meetings held during the conference — separate from the main conference speakers and wellness workshops.

Select any slot(s) you're available to chair. For speaker / lead-share meetings, you may open the meeting yourself or invite a conference attendee to share their experience, strength, and hope before opening the floor for group sharing.

Registration & Travel Information

Registration: $500 per attendee. Destination airport: LAX. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to Los Angeles.

Shuttle included: Ground transportation from LAX to Tahquitz Pines Retreat, Idyllwild, CA is provided. Bus, room, and meals are all included in the $500 registration fee.

Important: Registration is required for all attendees, including workshop and meeting facilitators. Service work does not substitute for registration.
